Giveaway Day!

Here we go!  Thank you for visiting for my first giveaway, I hope you'll come back to see more of what's in the works around here!  And thanks to Sew Mama Sew for organizing this HUGE giveaway!  The winner will be chosen and announced on Sunday (Dec 6th), if it's you then you'll also have an email from me letting you know.  And here is what you'll win:

A set of three door hangers (or anywhere hangers) for your home, or to re-gift to someone in need of holiday decor!

In keeping with the holiday theme, leave a comment on this post and include your favorite song to hear this time of year.  It can be Christmas music, a movie theme, your cell phone ringtone or anything else that comes to mind, whatever you like to hear most.  You can explain your choice or not, up to you.  I'm not a fan of random so I'm giving my husband the task of choosing the winning reply.  Good luck to everyone!

  1. Definitely White Christmas by the Drifters. The unison of the guys voices and the melody kind of get me choked up! It's the classic song with a twist. For whatever reason, it reminds me of being a child riding through snowy PA. At the end where they sing "jingle bells jingle bells jingle all the way ooo" I always get chills. It's probably just random for me, but it's my favorite. Great giveaway!

  2. Ooohhh...which song? Depends on which mood I'm in. Last night was Celine Dion's "Ave Maria". My parents were married in December and this is the song they played at their wedding.

Nice to meet you and thanks for the chance to win such cute little pillows!

Merry Christmas! and God bless your family and thank you for your sacrifices and service!

  3. O Holy Night sung by any church choir. I'm a church girl and there's nothing like hearing a choir sing at church to get me in the mood.

Also, I have flashbacks of my own stint in the childrens' church choir singing Noel Noel and having the Christmas play with a cabbage patch baby Jesus or something like that. I LOVE Christmas.

  27. Love those little hangers... thanks! Let's see, my favorite sound might be (but, I do have commitment issues, so it might change tomorrow) is the sound of a crackling fire... here's why. Many reasons really. First, I hate to be cold, so that sounds means there is a warm place somewhere... and somewhere cool as in awesome because I'm not a huge fan of gas logs... where is the fun in turning a light switch anyway... I do have gas logs, but I long for real fire. Also, it means it's too cold to go anywhere and I'm a homebody (shh... don't tell anyone.) Oh, I also like the song "Baby it's cold outside"
